As an online shop based in Willow Beach, Georgina, Ontario, I pour personal attention and dedication into every board. My approach is rooted in quality ingredients and creative presentation, ensuring every creation reflects my commitment to excellence and your satisfaction. Here are answers to some common questions you might have.
How do I order a charcuterie board from you, and can I pick what goes on it?
For easy ordering, I offer pre-crafted charcuterie creations which can be ordered as is, or as customized as desired.
I can offer many substitutions, often at no additional cost.
Where in Georgina and the surrounding area do you deliver, and what are the delivery costs?
Listed prices include delivery to most of York Region between Highways 400, 12, and 7, and Lake Simcoe.
Delivery is currently available 7 days a week from 9am - 9pm, but pending a new "day-job" delivery will typically be evenings and weekends
Can I get a board that considers allergies or special dietary requests?
On request, boards can be gluten-free / celiac safe at NO additional cost.
Please mention any other dietary needs or allergies when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate.
When should I order? How much notice is required?
Hopefully as often as possible. Ideally a week or two notice is preferred to ensure availability of the finest ingredients.
Currently I can accommodate 24 hours notice for pre-crafted boards, but this will be changing soon with my active "day-job" hunt.
What do I do with the board when I'm done?
The reusable board and any included serving ware are yours to keep. Simply wash off the board with warm water.
If you don't wish to keep the board I will buy back boards ($3-$4) in good condition when you order your next creation
What kind of events are your charcuterie boards perfect for, and how many people can each board feed?
Our boards can be customized for any size group, from intimate gatherings of 2 to large events of 200+ guests. They are perfect for parties, corporate events, family dinners, and more!
How do I pay? What forms of payment are accepted
E-transfer is preferred.
Cash on Delivery is available for orders under $100.
Large orders of $100 or more require a 50% deposit with remaining due on delivery.
